Remember, you can always, and probably should, call the insurance companies' 1-800# on the front of your ID card to verify any providers.
And hey, if you ever plan to have an expensive procedure like an MRI, CT Scan, or something really new or funky, please call the insurance company first and ask them which providers you should use to keep your cost as low as possible.
